By accessing or using Bunker13 Capital ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service including registered account holders.
Bunker13 Capital provides a suite of trading software tools including:
The Service does not execute trades on your behalf autonomously. The Trade Copier feature, when configured by you, may relay orders you approve to connected brokers. All responsibility for executed trades remains with you.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, Google OAuth session, and any license keys issued to you. Sharing your license key with others is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Paid license keys are bound to a specific machine fingerprint. Paid tiers allow a limited number of simultaneous machine activations as described in your subscription plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
A free tier is available with limited features. Free tier licenses are issued automatically upon sign-in and do not require payment.
You may change your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
When you connect broker accounts to B13 TradePilot, your API keys are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to Bunker13 Capital servers. You are responsible for the security of your API keys and any trading activity that results from their use. You agree to comply with the terms of service of any connected broker or exchange.
Community chat rooms are moderated. Content that is hateful, obscene, threatening, or constitutes financial advice (specific trade recommendations) is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove messages and suspend accounts that violate community standards.
Points earned in the Cooldown Room and community are for entertainment only and have no monetary value.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Bunker13 Capital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BUNKER13 CAPITAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY TRADING RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED. SEE FULL RISK DISCLAIMER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNKER13 CAPITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
