All paid plans (Pro, Elite, Lifetime) are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

Easy Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

Requests made within 7 days of initial purchase
First-time purchase of any paid plan
Technical issues that prevent you from using core features and which we are unable to resolve

Not eligible for refund:

Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
Subsequent renewal charges (you may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges)
Lifetime plan purchases after 7 days
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
Point purchases or in-platform transactions (if applicable in the future)

Subscription Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. We send a reminder email 3 days before renewal for annual plans. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase that grant access to the Lifetime tier for as long as the Service operates. Lifetime plans are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window:

Include the email address associated with your account and your purchase date
We will process your request within 1–2 business days
