Bunker13 Capital ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bunker13 Capital platform, including the website at bunker13capital.com, the B13 TradePilot Chrome extension, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

2.2 License & Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store your email address and subscription status. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details — these are handled directly by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

2.3 Broker API Keys

If you connect broker accounts via the B13 TradePilot extension, your API keys and secrets are stored locally in your browser's Chrome storage. They are never transmitted to or stored on Bunker13 Capital servers.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the Service. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

2.5 Community & Chat Data

Messages sent in Community chat rooms are stored for up to 90 days to provide chat history. Messages may be reviewed by moderators to enforce our Terms of Service.

2.6 Cooldown Room & Points

Game results, scores, and point transactions are stored on our servers linked to your account to maintain leaderboards and point balances.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process license activation and validate access tiers
• To send important service notifications (not marketing without consent)
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
• To improve the Service through aggregated analytics
• To maintain leaderboards and community features

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Google — for OAuth sign-in (Google Privacy Policy)
• Law enforcement — when required by applicable law

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, hashed license keys, and access-controlled servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Chat messages are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at privacy@bunker13capital.com.
